Trail guide Clint Belmet protects a wagon train from villains and marauding Indians in this classic Western based on Zane Grey's novel. The wagon train is heading west from Missouri to Oregon, and lying in wait is greedy outlaw Murdock (Monte Blue), who incites the Indians to attack the pioneers. The group manages to fend off the Indians and head into the mountains, but their enemies aren't far behind. Gail Patrick and Billy Lee co-star.
