Candy (Charlize Theron) and Lonnie Earl (Billy Bob Thornton) are crazy about each other. But she's married to Roy (Patrick Swayze), and he's hitched to Darlene (Natasha Richardson). So far it's been a secret affair, but that's about to change when the quartet embarks on a cross-country road trip to a truck show in Reno. When the cat's let out of the bag, all heck breaks loose. Jordan Brady directs this irreverent comedy.
