Inspired by the message and works of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., middle-schooler Frits (Janus Dissing Rathke) challenges the corporal punishment policies and his school and the tyrannical rule of its headmaster Lindum Svendsen (Bent Mejding). Inspired by a true story, this effort from co-writer-director Niels Arden Oplev examines the transcendence of the civil rights movement and the impact that Dr. King had on the entire world.
