Weather Woman

Keiko (Kei Mizutani), the substitute weather person on J-TV, knows that in the cutthroat world of broadcasting, ratings are everything. To give them (and her career) a boost, she flashes her underwear at an unsuspecting audience. Her turn at flashing does the trick, and now she's a phenomenon. No one can wait to tune in and see what Keiko will do next -- no one, that is, except the woman she replaced (Saori Taira).
