The good news is that Joseph (Christopher M. Brown) has just inherited a boardinghouse. The bad news: It's awash in debt, and he needs to find tenants -- fast. So naturally, Joseph is delighted when Charlie (George Wendt), his wife (Shanna Reed) and their curvaceous daughter (Anastasia Sakelaris) drop in looking for a place to stay while they're on vacation … from another planet. Lev L. Spiro helmed this quirky sci-fi comedy.
