Wesley (Andy Lau) works with the United Nations Aliens Analyzing Agency, whose mission is to eliminate aliens. After an invasion, he meets Fong (Rosamund Kwan), a blue-blooded alien stranded on earth. Hot on her trail is the FBI's powerful X Unit and two aliens from Fong's home planet determined to bring her home at any cost. But, as Wesley and Fong fall in love, they also try to eliminate those cruel aliens from Fong's home planet.
