Teen sensation Amanda Bynes stars as Holly Tyler, a free-spirited 16-year-old who moves into her sister Valerie's (Jennie Garth) New York digs and proceeds to turn the straitlaced 28-year-old's life upside down. With Holly's impulsiveness and Valerie's practicality, cohabitating may be trying, but ultimately, they always care for each other with strong doses of sisterly love. The comedy series also stars Simon Rex and Wesley Jonathan.
