When the Bough Breaks

During a freak flash flood, the police chief (Martin Sheen) of Houston, Texas, discovers the gruesome remains of seven human hands -- each imprinted with a numerical tattoo. A forensic expert (Ally Walker) from the Texas Rangers gets the call to solve the case. Trouble is, her only lead is a mentally disturbed child who may or may not share a psychic link with the serial killer.
