Ex-pilot and airline whistle blower Enrique Piñeyro re-creates the events leading up to the Lapa Airlines plane crash of 1999 in this harrowing docudrama, directed by and starring Piñeyro as himself. His efforts to warn the airline and media of an imminent threat are expertly chronicled in the festival award winner, which presents a blistering critique the civil aviation industry after deregulation. Mercedes Morán co-stars as Piñeyro's old flame.
