Three delinquent adolescents (Elizabeth Berkley, Ernie Reyes Jr. and Ele Keats) reluctantly set off on a journey through the Cascade Mountains to help a conservationist (Corin Nemec) rescue a pair of wolves. Along the way, the group meets two paragliders, and just when the teens start enjoying themselves, a freak accident drives their good time off course. As they brave the untamed wilderness, their collective survival skills get put to the test.
