Reno (A.J. Buckley) can't seem to catch a break when he finds his girlfriend cheating on him with his roommate. Vowing never to be put in that position again, he swears off roommates, until the mortgage on his newly inherited house gets too pricey. Reluctantly, he acquires two new roomies: ladies' man Chad, who casts his eye on Reno's new girl, and striking Nicole, who fancies Reno. Can he control the sexual tension in his new home?
