Party-boy slacker Ethan Humphries (Corey Large) flies back to his hometown to stand up at the wedding of his old high school chum Jeff (Luke Flynn). But when Ethan finds out that his buddy is tying the knot with Ethan's old girlfriend Stephanie (Jennifer O'Dell), he regresses to the mental and emotional status of an 18-year-old and will stop at nothing to win back his former flame.
