Ken Wahl is Vinnie Terranova, a "wise guy" who's worked undercover for the police and is now eager to move on. But duty calls once again, in spite of his reservations, when racism runs rampant through his neighborhood. Tragically, his brother ends up a victim of the mayhem, sending Terranova back into the force. Who's responsible, and what does mob kingpin Rick Pinzolo have to do with all the troubles? Terranova's back on the case.
