Getting thrown in the slammer by a politician with evil aims is only the start of big trouble for inquiring reporter Emanuelle (Laura Gemser), who must endure cruel and unusual punishment behind bars by a brutal warden (Lorraine De Selle) and her army of barbaric cronies. Things explode inside the penitentiary when four male inmates escape from death row and hold prisoners and jailers hostage. Ursula Flores also stars.
