Global warming has left all of the planet's land sunken underneath the ocean, except Japan. This politically incorrect satire explores a world where Japanese culture dominates, foreign women serve as maids and homeless refugees are Godzilla extras. Full of outrageous tongue-in-cheek humor, this science fiction comedy features Kenji Kohashi, Shuuji Kashiwabara, Masatoshi Matsuo and Takenori Murano.
