Woyzeck

Desperately poor, Woyzeck lives a meager existence, forced to partake in medical testing to make ends meet. His boss is cruel, and his job is demeaning. The final straw comes when he loses his wife to another man and is driven by circumstance to violence. Director János Szász reimagines Georg Büchner's play, bringing it to present-day Hungary and proving that many of mankind's struggles know no time or place.
