In this kung fu classic from the team behind Drunken Master, Jackie (Jackie Chen) is a small-time criminal with a big-time mouth that tends to get him into a heap of trouble -- until, that is, kung fu master Sam the Seed decides to take him under his wing. At the feet of his teacher, Jackie quickly becomes a karate-chopping maniac -- just in time to take on his archenemy, the gangster Yang Tze (Bolo Yeung).
