A Hindu army captain and a Muslim Kashmiri girl face great odds to keep their love alive in this romantic drama set in Srinagar. When soldier Aman's (Jimmy Shergill) superiors learn of his involvement with Adaa (Minissha Lamba), whose brother Shakeel (Yashpal Sharma) is a terrorist, the officer faces a court martial. Set on saving her beloved, Adaa protests the proceedings, while Shakeel must choose between his family's safety and the jihad.
