Exposing the violent side of Japanese society, this compelling crime drama explores the fine line that can exist between criminals and cops. When a sluggish economy threatens the financial security of several organized crime families, they begin infringing on one another's territory. Meanwhile, police detective Kuroiwa (Tetsuya Watari), disheartened by corruption among his fellow cops, develops an unlikely friendship with one of the mobsters.
