Childhood friends Singhal (Kabir Bedi) and Mahendra (Mukesh Khanna) take very different paths as adults. Singhal becomes a feared gang lord, while Mahendra becomes a police officer. Both men rise to the top of their fields, becoming sworn enemies in the process. Their feud carries over to the next generation when their children are pulled into the battle. San Jay Dutt, Nagma and Manisha Koirala co-star.
