Yerma

Unhappy with her inability to conceive, Yerma (Aitana Sanchez-Gijon) consults a local psychic woman (Irene Papas), who tells her that her husband may be the cause of the couple's infertility. Unwilling to accept the thought of not having a child, Yerma abandons her life as a housewife and sets out to find an attractive young man whom she can seduce.
