Kids' yoga teacher Marsha Wenig leads this workout that helps children develop coordination and self-confidence. The alphabet-themed routine features 26 easy-to-follow yoga positions and games. Each letter is accompanied by an animal, flower or other familiar object that inspires a move, from alligator to zebra. There's also an introduction to yoga terms and breathing techniques to lay the groundwork for later yoga instruction.
