Set in a mental asylum, director Michel Wachniuc's anthological suspenser follows a trio of headshrinkers who play a perilous game of one-upmanship as they compare notes on their most bizarre patients. Among the dotty are a homicidal TV producer, a teen who's convinced his parents are aliens from outer space and a photographer who listens to a self-help recording obsessively.
