Twenty-year-old slacker Naoki Watanabe sees joining the Japanese Mafia as perhaps the only viable life path available to him; this unique documentary follows the young man as he goes through training to become a member of the yakuza. Having negotiated incredible access with the gang boss, filmmaker Jean-Pierre Limosin documents Naoki's 12-month apprenticeship in organized crime as he learns the ins and outs of mob life.
