Innovative director Seijun Suzuki's surreal gangster film broke the mold with its ultra-hip 1960s style, go-go dancers and bizarre imagery. Hired by a Yazuka gang, ex-cop Jo Mizuno (Jo Shishido) makes deals with a rival gang on the sly, setting off a gang war. But the ex-cop has a secret agenda -- he wants revenge for the death of his partner. Ikuko Kimuro, Misako Watanabe, Tamio Kawaji and Hideaki Esumi also star.
