Fed up with widespread corruption, four angry young men (Bharat, Sarvanand, Kishore, Padma Kumar) don all-black attire, jump on black bikes and strap on black helmets to become a vigilante force determined to take down compromised officials. Receiving tips about the worst offenders on their Web site, the gang then hunts them down and chops off their hands. Unfortunately for the guys, a police officer (Suresh Menon) is hot on their trail.
