Seeking to end the rampant crime in his city, criminal psychologist Kamdev Singh (Anupam Kher) formulates a plan with the assistant commissioner of police to bring together the grown children (Shahrukh Khan and Raveena Tandon) of two feuding crime lords (Jeetendra and Shatrughan Sinha) in the hopes that they will fall in love. But things don't go quite as the meddling Singh plans in this high-spirited Bollywood drama.
