Spoiled brat Pooja (Amisha Patel) is instantly smitten with her overly serious young professor, Suraj (Ajay Devgan). Although they're complete opposites and Suraj is in love with Supriya (Mahima Chaudhary), Pooja can't deny her feelings, which quickly turn into a dangerous obsession. Having always gotten everything she wanted in life, Pooja can't understand why Suraj can't be hers, and it seems she'll stop at nothing to get her way.
