This long-running Japanese TV series stars Shintaro Katsu as Zatoichi, a blind wandering masseur and gambler who's also a master samurai -- and must call on those latter skills when he finds himself embroiled in a war between two rival Yakuza clans. When the opposing camp hires another warrior almost as fierce as Ichi to do battle, the stage is set for some eye-popping swordplay ... and the birth of a legend.
