Zeus and Roxanne

Marine biologist and single parent Mary Beth (Kathleen Quinlan) gets annoyed when a dog named Zeus stows aboard her research boat. She quickly becomes curious about the canine when Zeus begins to communicate with her captive dolphin, Roxanne. Zeus's owner is a boy whose single father (Steve Guttenberg) starts to fall in love with Mary Beth. When Mary Beth's partner, Claude (Arnold Vosloo), kidnaps the dolphin, both families race to save Roxanne.
