Filmmakers Douglas Gordon and Philippe Parreno direct this 2007 César Award nominee for Best Documentary that captures soccer star Zinédine Zidane in a 90-minute match between Real Madrid and Villareal on April 23, 2005. With 17 cameras trained on Zidane, the film runs in real time and includes a crisp soundscape that catches every breath and rustle on the field. Atmospheric Scottish rockers Mogwai also provide music.
