When Haria (Anil Kapoor) moves to the big city and takes a job at a pharmaceutical company, he falls in love with and marries his boss's daughter, Juhi (Madhuri Dixit). But their lives are thrown into a tailspin when Haria discovers that Juhi's father plans to make money at the risk of innocent lives. Ashamed, Juhi commits suicide. Now, Haria is determined to get revenge and stop his evil boss in this drama from Prakash Mehra.
