Liv Tyler
Liv TylerDaughter of rock legend Steven Tyler and model-singer Bebe Buell, Liv Tyler was born on July 1, 1977, in New York City. She spent her childhood believing her biological father to be Todd Rundgren until she discovered her true father's identity at age 9, when she noticed the twinlike resemblance between her and half sister Mia Tyler.

She began her career in modeling but shifted to acting after she appeared in the 1994 Aerosmith music video "Crazy," in which she was partnered with Alicia Silverstone. That same year, Tyler made her film debut in Silent Fall and continued to land roles in several successful films -- including Stealing Beauty, That Thing You Do! and Inventing the Abbotts -- all before was 20 years old.

After 1998's Armageddon, the young actress's career took a powerful turn when she appeared as the elfish princess Arwen in the epic, award-winning Lord of the Rings trilogy.
