Ali Larter
A striking blonde who spent her childhood as a self-described tomboy, Ali Larter was born in Cherry Hill, N.J., Feb. 28, 1976. At age 13, she began working as a Ford model -- a glamorous gig that introduced her to fellow model turned actress Amy Smart.

Larter's acting career got under way with guest spots on shows such as "Suddenly Susan" (1997) and "Dawson's Creek" (1998) before she debuted on film in the gridiron saga Varsity Blues (1999). She followed up with the 1999 remake of House on Haunted Hill, starred in the 2000 thriller Final Destination and then landed a high-profile turn as Reese Witherspoon's falsely accused sorority sister in Legally Blonde (2001).

Larter flaunted her sex appeal in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001) before accepting the role of a single mom who discovers she has superpowers in the hit drama "Heroes," which has earned the actress a legion of new fans.
