Alyssa Milano
Alyssa MilanoBorn in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Dec. 19, 1972, Alyssa Milano literally grew up in front of the camera playing Tony Danza's daughter on the hit ABC sitcom '"Who's the Boss?'" (1984-92) and transformed over the course of the show from a tomboy into an ultrafeminine teen.

When the series ended, the 20-something actress attempted to break away from her squeaky-clean TV persona by flaunting her curves in more grown-up, sexually charged roles -- most notably in Casualties of Love: The Long Island Lolita Story (1993), Poison Ivy 2 (1995) and on the Aaron Spelling drama '"Melrose Place'" (1997-98).

But it was Milano's turn as the youngest of three sisters who discover that witchcraft runs in their family on the WB drama '"Charmed'" that would renew her prime-time popularity with a whole new generation of fans.
