Andrew Garfield
A British-American actor with dual citizenship, Andrew Garfield was born in Los Angeles on Aug. 20, 1983. He moved to England with his parents when he was 3 and eventually trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London.

Soon after Garfield debuted on screen in Britain's teen drama series "Sugar Rush" (2005), Variety named him one of "10 Actors to Watch." He went on to make a high-profile film bow as an American college student in Lions for Lambs (2007), playing opposite Meryl Streep, Tom Cruise and Robert Redford.

In 2008, Garfield won a BAFTA TV Award for his portrayal of an adolescent with a troubled past in the made-for-television movie Boy A. He later earned his first Golden Globe nod for his supporting turn as Eduardo Saverin, Facebook's co-founder and chief financial officer, in The Social Network (2010).
