By 1960, he had helped form the "Beyond the Fringe" comedy show with longtime friend Peter Cook. His BBC2 show with Cook, "Not Only ⿦ But Also," ran from 1965 to 1971.Moore's film career also began with Cook in movies such as The Wrong Box (1966) and Bedazzled (1967).
