Jon Hamm
Jon HammBorn in St. Louis on March 10, 1971, Jon Hamm earned his acting degree on a scholarship at the University of Missouri and briefly taught high school at his alma mater, John Burroughs School, before moving to Hollywood.

After landing small television and movie roles -- including bit parts in Kissing Jessica Stein (2001) and We Were Soldiers (2002) -- Hamm was cast as a recurring character on "The Division," followed by regular work on "The Unit" and "What About Brian."

But it was Hamm's portrayal of a 1960s advertising executive with a past in the acclaimed cable drama "Mad Men" that placed the actor firmly in the spotlight while garnering three Emmy nominations and four Golden Globe nods (with a win in 2008). Hamm has also appeared on the big screen in the remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008), Stolen Lives (2009) and The Town (2010).
