Lisa Kudrow
Lisa KudrowA graduate of Vassar College, Lisa Kudrow was born July 30, 1963, in Encino, Calif. Though she'd always loved performing, it wasn't until actor-comedian Jon Lovitz encouraged her that she seriously pursued a showbiz career.

After college, Kudrow joined an L.A. improv group and soon began playing small roles on the tube. Her big break came in 1993 with a role as a scatterbrained waitress in "Mad About You"; she went on to achieve true stardom the following year on the popular TV series "Friends," winning an Emmy in 1998 for her supporting role, and garnered an Emmy nod for her role in the HBO series "The Comeback" in 2006.

The multifaceted actress successfully crossed over into feature films with parts in Mother (1996), Romy and Michele's High School Reunion (1997), Clockwatchers (1997), The Opposite of Sex (1998), Analyze This (1999), its 2002 sequel (Analyze That) and Wonderland (2003).
