Norm MacDonald
Norm MacDonaldBest known by many for his dead-on (and dead-funny) impersonations of Robert Dole during his five-year tenure at "Saturday Night Live" (1993-98), Norm MacDonald began his Hollywood career as a stand-up comic and then a writer on shows such as "The Dennis Miller Show" and "Roseanne."

Born Oct. 17, 1963, in Quebec City, MacDonald made his feature film debut in 1995's Billy Madison alongside his "SNL" crony Adam Sandler. In 1996, MacDonald portrayed a network reporter in The People vs. Larry Flynt before co-scripting and co-starring in 1998's Dirty Work. That same year, he voiced Lucky (the dog) in the Eddie Murphy-starred remake of Dr. Dolittle, a role he would reprise in two sequels (2001, 2006).

Other films for MacDonald -- whose ABC sitcom "The Norm Show" ran for three seasons -- include Screwed (opposite Dave Chappelle) and The Animal (2001).
