Science whiz-kid Tony Nelson (James Congdon) has made an amazing discovery: He's developed a method for stimulating the molecular structure of matter, enabling objects to be joined and to pass through one another. But when Tony's older brother (Robert Lansing), a fellow scientist, takes the experiment a step further and applies the technique to himself, his newfound abilities know no bounds -- ultimately leading to disastrous consequences.
