Made at the pinnacle of the 1970s citizens-band radio craze, this low-budget action flick follows big-rig driver John David Dawes (Chuck Norris) as he investigates the disappearance of his younger brother, Billy (played by Michael Augenstein). The trail of clues leads Dawes to a backwater California town ruled by crooked Judge Joshua Trimmings (a scenery-chewing George Murdock) and his bad-cop cronies.
