At Tromaville Tech College, built on the site of the obliterated Tromaville Nuclear Facility, classmates (Lisa Gaye, Brick Bronsky and Leesa Rowland) discover a pesky malfunction with the subhumanoids that were created to complete menial tasks: Sadly, they seem to spontaneously melt down at the most inopportune moments! This film is a weird blend of Russ Meyer and Mad Magazine that only the addled brains at Troma can pull off.
