After a two-year hiatus, Scott Baio returns for a new season of the hit comedy. Fresh from a camping trip with his friend Buddy (Willie Aames), Charles learns that the Pembroke family is moving to Seattle and renting their house to the Powells. Looking after dad Walter (James T. Callahan), mom Ellen (Sandra Kerns) and three kids won't be easy, but Charles is still in charge, balancing a hectic household with college and a would-be love life.
