In this series based on the 2000 anime film Blood: The Last Vampire, schoolgirl Saya Otonashi leads a quiet life until she's attacked by a shape-shifting chiropteran and learns that she alone is equipped to defeat these enemies of the human race. In Seasons 3 and 4, Saya continues her quest to discover her true identity, learning some key pieces of information while visiting the Red Shield headquarters.
