In the wake of a horrific car accident that claimed the lives of his wife and children, a devoutly Catholic man acts out by sinning against himself and others. A concerned nun reaches out to help him, only to be kidnapped by the tortured man. Mario Valdez Zamora and Carla Nickerson co-star in this Spanish-language drama based in part on the biblical story of Job, a righteous man whose suffering led him to believe God had forsaken him.
