Visionary commercial filmmaker Alexander Fodor transforms Shakespeare's classic with this bold experiment that preserves the original text while reimagining characters and subtext. Hamlet (Wilson Belchambers) is physically threatened by his father's ghost (James Frail), drug addiction fuels Ophelia's (Tallulah Sheffield) madness and Horatio and Polonius have become the distaff Horatia (Katie Reddin-Clancy) and Polonia (Lydia Piechowiak).
