In this clever anime series, a lone tuxedo-clad swordsman known as Van wanders the desolate landscape on the planet Endless Illusion, tirelessly searching for the enigmatic clawed man who murdered his wife. With his potent armor and shape-shifting sword to protect him, Van traverses the lawless land, clashing with outlaws and reluctantly picking up a young traveling companion, Wendy, who's engaged in her own search for her missing brother.
