Hellfighters

In this tribute to real-life legend Red Adair (and to 1960s special effects), an oil-field firefighter (John Wayne) risks his life extinguishing infernos of black gold all over the world. But his lucky life takes a downward turn when his daughter Tish (Katharine Ross) and his buddy Greg (Jim Hutton) tie the knot. The match hardly pleases papa -- particularly when Greg lets his new wife join in all their hell-fighter action.
