When a rash of dogs turn up dead in London, detectives Danny Glover and Sonny Boy uncover a rancid fast-food restaurant called Burger Priest that could be to blame. (Aiding them in their search are a heroin-addicted fetus named Feety and a ventriloquist's dummy called Ellen Mellon -- but we won't get into that.) Meanwhile, a bloodthirsty shark known only as The Evolved has crawled out of the ocean to target Burger Priest's army of clown chefs ...
